Fundraising Program Guide

Welcome, and thank you for choosing Cail's Candy Corner for your fundraising needs! We are thrilled to partner with your organization. Our bulk candy is a fantastic and popular product that will help you reach your fundraising goals quickly and efficiently.

To ensure a smooth, organized, and successful fundraiser from start to finish, please follow these required steps in sequence. This guide serves as your roadmap for the entire program.

Fundraising Process & Steps

Receive Order Forms: Receive the three-ply customer order form. These will be used to track all customer purchases.
Establish Timeline: Set a strict timeline for your fundraising activities (e.g., start and end dates for selling).
Collect Orders: Get the orders within your established fundraising timeframe.
Collect Funds & Distribute Receipts: Collect the funds for each order along with the customer order form. Be sure to provide the customer with their designated copy of the order form as their receipt.
Submit Orders to Cail's: Once your fundraising timeframe is complete, provide the order copy form to Cail’s Candy Corner so we can begin tallying your requirements.
Receive Invoice: Cail’s Candy Corner will calculate the total and provide an invoice to your fundraiser coordinator contact for payment.
Order Fulfillment & Pickup: Orders will be packed and available for pick-up exactly two (2) weeks after Cail's Candy Corner receives the funds from your fundraising organization.
Deliver Candy: The bulk candy can then be distributed and delivered to your customers!

Important Reminders

Phase	Action Item
During the Fundraiser	Ensure all 3-ply forms are filled out legibly and funds are collected upfront at the time of the order.
Post-Fundraiser	Please factor in the 2-week packing period after the invoice is paid when setting expectations with your buyers for delivery
