Refund & Return Policy

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the packaging is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We strive to ensure you are happy with your order purchased from us at Cail’s Candy Corner.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we handle all requests on a case-by-case basis within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. (The delivery date refers to the day you receive your product(s).

Please note that we may require photographic evidence before proceeding with any type of credit or refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as various foods). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Please note we are not responsible for any heat-sensitive candy/chocolate during shipping if you order online.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@cailscandycorner.com.

What is required for a successful claim?

  1. Your request must be made within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
  2. Your request cannot be for an e-gift certificate or custom product (e.g. Build Your Own Box). (At this time, gift recipients are not eligible for refunds, since we only apply them to the original method of payment. If there is a problem with your gift, please let us know within 14 days of the delivery date.)
  3. The item must be in its original condition (new and unopened), in the event that the item you ordered is different from what we shipped to you.
  4. Photographic evidence must be provided when requested.
  5. You have proof that the item was damaged before it was in your possession.
